This immune-boosting recipe is easy to make. Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacterial and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles to fight bacterial and viral diseases.

I take one cup of the following recipe first thing in the morning to keep healthy. If you feel a hint of sickness coming, then it can be taken throughout the day.

Honey and Cinnamon Recipe

4 cups of water

1 tsp cinnamon

2tsp raw, organic honey (preferred)

Preparation

Boil water, then add the ingredients. Lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Or, add the ingredients to the water that has been boiled and turn off the heat. Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
